Our scale identifies the charge for selling your property with Penny Lane
Homes. Our fees are subject to VAT (at standard rate) Please note if client
wishes to advertise in national tabloids we are happy to organise but all
costs will be payable by the client upfront.

We can instruct a survey through one of the largest chartered surveyors in Scotland. Our scale below provides an indication of how competitive our rates are as compared to high street estate agents. Our fees are subject to VAT @ 15%.
