Mark dreams of living near a town and a short drive to a city and the airport where the weather is mild and there’s not too much rain. Running and Formula 1 are particular passions of Mark when he isn’t at work.


GillianFranchise Sales & Support

Gillian has been with Penny Lane Homes since February 2018 and is qualified as Level 6 Property Mark in Residential Letting and Property Management. Gillian’s innovative problem-solving skills have seen the franchising arm of PLH grow.

Gillian’s dream home is a semi-rural, loch-side, large traditional cottage with modern interior in Perthshire and a holiday home in the South of France. (That’s two homes, Gillian!) In her spare time, she loves walking in the beautiful Scottish countryside with friends, spending time with her eight-year-old daughter and has a passion for travelling. She has been lucky to see a lot of the world through a previous career in the airline industry. Japan and Indonesia remain high on the bucket list.


TomasSocial Media & Online Marketing

Tomas has been with Penny Lane Homes for over a year and in that time has focussed on ensuring PLH is engaging with customers online and providing the same excellent customer-service every step of the way.

His dream home is a town house with a large kitchen in the basement and high ceilings. Outside of work time, Tomas studies law at university, and enjoys going cycling to try and lose that cake-weight!




Helen became a franchisee in August 2007 and has always been based in Johnstone. Her passion for the local area has seen her branch win various awards including, most recently, the ‘Best Estate Agent in Renfrewshire’ as awarded by AllAgents.

She is pleased to already be living in her dream home in Renfrewshire and outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and dog Max, eating out, and seeing shows in the West End.

Kellie has worked at Penny Lane Homes for 13 years (we forget about the time that she went somewhere else for six months, we knew she’d be back!). Her commitment to an excellent customer experience has had clients coming back to PLH time and time again!

Kellie’s dream home is a Lake house with large area of private land with a tree swing. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and close friends, playing and coaching netball, and watching films.


JessicaAssistant Letting Agent

Jessica has been part of the Penny Lane Homes team for over six years, and in that time has helped lots of clients find their perfect property. Utilising her excellent local knowledge, clients are consistently pleased with the service they receive.

Jessica dreams of living in a home that is spacious, modern and stylish but with traditional features. A must-have is a nice, cosy fire to get away from the Scottish weather. In her own time, Jessica enjoys creating & cooking new dishes and baking.

Calum has been with Penny Lane Homes in Renfrew for over a year and has quickly become an integral member of the Renfrew team.

His dream home would be an old farmhouse with a couple of acres of land, and horse paddocks for his wife. Must be close to a golf course. In his spare time, Calum enjoys playing rugby and golf, and taking long walks and weekends away with his wife and their puppy, Riley.



Having been with Penny Lane Homes for three years, Kayleigh has a thorough knowledge of the area and provides excellent local advice to clients.

Her dream home would be a detached four-bedroom house with a large back garden for the kids and a huge kitchen. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and baking. Kayleigh’s cakes are some of the most marvellous we’ve ever seen!

Wayne has been part of the Penny Lane Homes family for nearly two years and has led the charge with our Shawlands branch. Wayne is highly praised by clients for his hands-on approach towards property management.

Wayne dreams of living in a detached, four-bedroom house in the country with large gardens. It should have an open plan kitchen/dining, spacious entranceway and staircase. Most importantly: NO MAGNOLIA! In his spare time, Wayne plays rugby at local club, Cartha Queens Park, who PLH are proud to sponsor. He also enjoys getting out for long walks with his dog and may manage to read the occasional book. He has been known to enjoy a glass (or bottle) of red wine.

Nikki became a franchisee in August 2019 and has been developing a successful agency across East Kilbride & Kilmarnock. Her passion for property shines through all she does.

Her dream home is a refurbished, detached, character property located in the South Ayrshire country with a specially designed, fully enclosed, play area for her two dogs. When not dreaming up new ideas for her franchise, Nikki enjoys travelling the world with her husband and daughter.

Ralph has recently joined the Penny Lane Homes family and is the franchisee of our new Coatbridge & Airdrie branch. His years of experience bring a hassle-free and no nonsense approach to customer service.

Ralph’s ideal home would be one with a quiet area for a gym and a pool table, and within a commutable distance of Glasgow and Edinburgh. In his spare time, he enjoys playing football, a round of golf or two, and spending time with his family.

Very happy with all of the help I've received since living in my property. I've had a few queries since moving into my property and each member of staff who were involved dealt with it fast and efficiently and were quick to communicate with my landlord. My flat is furnished, however I've always wanted rid of the sofas but I wasnt sure if this was allowed. I asked the agency at the beginning of the week, and by the end of the week my couches had been sold and collected, I couldn't believe how quickly this was all dealt with.
