Very happy with all of the help I've received since living in my property. I've had a few queries since moving into my property and each member of staff who were involved dealt with it fast and efficiently and were quick to communicate with my landlord. My flat is furnished, however I've always wanted rid of the sofas but I wasnt sure if this was allowed. I asked the agency at the beginning of the week, and by the end of the week my couches had been sold and collected, I couldn't believe how quickly this was all dealt with. The agency try very hard to ensure youre happy in your property, and will do everything to help.

I have been very impressed with this agency. The takeover from Learmonts was very well communicated, with a plan drawn up to reinstate any rent which was outstanding. At first I was hesitant to continue with an agency after the awful experience with Learmonts. However, this agency has so far been excellent. My main point of contact is Kayleigh Payne. Kayleigh has been extremely helpful, efficient and prompt in answering emails during some difficulties we experienced with the building. Kayleigh makes it easy for one to speak their mind and is sympathetic towards both the landlord and the tenant which is an invaluable trait to possess in this industry.
