Mark has been involved since day one; creating Penny Lane Homes from his dinner table at home into the leading Estate Agent it is known for today. This journey of over 18 years has shaped the culture of PLH and has made it into a customer-orientated and high-quality service.

Mark dreams of living near a town and a short drive to a city and the airport where the weather is mild and there’s not too much rain. Running and Formula 1 are particular passions of Mark when he isn’t at work.

Having been with Penny Lane Homes since the summer of 2016, Kayleigh has a thorough knowledge of the area and provides excellent local advice to clients.

Her dream home would be a detached four-bedroom house with a large back garden for the kids and a huge kitchen. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and baking. Kayleigh’s cakes are some of the most marvellous we’ve ever seen!

Ian has been with Penny Lane Homes since the spring of 2016 and continues to excel in the level of service provided to clients.

Ian’s dream home is a large tenement style with high ceilings and plenty of character. Outside of work, Ian loves to attend concerts and live shows, and see the latest releases at the cinema with friends.

RossBranch Manager & Estate Agent/Valuer

Ross is local to the area and enjoys his family time with his wife and daughter Bonnie as well as being a part time ‘rockstar’ in his band Spiral Cities. His dream home would be a house in a warmer climate with a home studio, football pitch, swimming pool and golf course that’s close to his friends and family. Ross’s dream home does not exist, but he hopes to help you find yours!

Emma joined the Penny Lane Homes family as a full time member of staff in August 2021, after impressing doing some work experience. Emma's role is to support our sales team as we continue to expand.

Her dream home would be a Georgian-styled house with lots of greenery. She would be able to enjoy gorgeous views from large windows to the rear with a cup of tea & shortbread in hand.

Outwith work, she is a dog mom to her ‘baby boy’ Bronx who features on Penny Lane Homes Instagram from time to time! Her dream is to visit Nashville as she’s a huge country fan.

KevinProperty Consultant

Kevin has over 20 years’ experience within the property Industry. He had previous worked with Penny Lane Homes and re-joined the team on a consultancy role.

Kevins dream home would be on a farm with lots of animals and views to the horizon. He enjoys watching football and listening to talk sport on the radio. He has recently picked up golf and dreams of one day beating our Managing Director Mark.

I like to socialise at the weekend. I also love to watch St Mirren play. In the next few years, I would like to become a fully qualified letting and estate agent.

Callum's dream house would be a 4-bed detached house with a driveway and a big back garden.

Jack's passion for real estate is apparent through his enthusiastic, warm and friendly approach. Jack's dream home would be somewhere hot and sunny full of natural light and surrounded by a beautiful garden with slow growing grass that only requires cut once a year with sea views and a short walk to the beach. He loves a variety of different sports though readily admits he's Jack of all sports and master of very few.
